Tulsi Gabbard Leaves Democrat Party She Says Is ‘Under Compete Control of an Elitist Cabal of Warmongers’ – American Faith

Gabbard says Democrats are attempting to “racialize” every issue.

Former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard announced Tuesday that she was leaving the Democrat Party, denouncing the group for attempting to “[racialize] every issue & stoke anti-white racism.”
Gabbard announced her departure from the party through a video posted to her Twitter account where she said Democrats were only protecting the “powerful elite.”
Gabbard also called out the party for being “hostile to people of faith and spirituality” and said they are making the police the enemy all while protecting criminals.
The former lawmaker also accused her former party of risking national security to “go after their political opponents,” which Gabbard believes is bringing the nation closer to war.
After citing a number of reasons, Gabbard said she cannot remain part of the party and she plans to remain independent.

“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue & stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith & spirituality, demonize the police & protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war,” Gabbard said. “If you can no longer stomach the direction that so-called woke Democratic Party ideologues are taking our country, I invite you to join me.”
The former presidential candidate for the Democrat party went on to say, “I believe in a government that is of, by, and for the people. Unfortunately, today’s Democratic Party does not. Instead, it stands for a government of, by, and for the powerful elite. I’m calling on my fellow common sense independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.”

In addition to a very public altercation with former first lady Hillary Clinton, where the Democrat mainstay accused Gabbard of being a “Russian asset,” the former Hawaii representative has also frustrated many by condemning the World Economic Forum (WEF).
As American Faith previously reported, in May of this year, Gabbard rejected the WEF, saying “While we struggle to afford food and fuel, the elite gathered at Davos/WEF to discuss how we should be allowed to live our lives. Their totalitarian dream of a so-called ‘Great Reset’ where people own nothing and are tracked/monitored with every step, must be condemned by us all.”
