The bill expressly disallows spending any allocated moneys on US Boarder security (only processing); but provides $410 million to Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Oman for enhanced boarder security. Really? Yes. $410 million to help Muslim nations to enhance boarder security, but none for the US to enhance our own boarder security.
